The hotel rooms were pretty basic but clean and comfortable, fitting our family of 5 perfectly. The 24-hour hotel cleaners were visible right outside the room. The service was extremely friendly, especially with Milo going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The location, quieter and family-friendly compared to Patong, offered free table tennis and pool table. The dining experience excelled, with a good variety of bakery, eggs, fruits, sushi, and amazing juices.
